“It’s dark because you are trying too hard. Lightly child, lightly. Learn to do everything lightly. Yes, feel lightly even though you’re feeling deeply. Just lightly let things happen and lightly cope with them." (Aldous Huxley)
My professional background is in Psychotherapy and Sociology (B.A.), Systemic Counselling and as a Trainer in the field of Peace Education and Systemic Activism. I am also a Breema® Bodywork practitioner and a passionate singer, teaching choir projects on polyphonic singing. I love to dance (Contact Improvisation) and to connect to nature on long hikes.
Lightness and deepness, playfulness and grounding – in anything I do, I wish to tend to the “inner marriage” of opposites. Often I get a feedback that my gentleness is appreciated, and also I can surprise people with firmness and clarity. I am deeply committed to hold a space where we become present together and connect to each other, to Earth and our deep inner knowing.
My heartfelt wish and intention for my circles is to call myself and us back into belonging, creating spaces where we hold our darkness and shine our lights.
