After working with clients on a one to one basis for over a decade, Claire developed her signature “Path to Health Programme” which combines her Ayurvedic expertise, with her thoughtfully crafted therapeutic yoga practices and her skill in creating a caring community of support for her clients.
Claire wears many hats with ease, confidence and lots of lists to keep her focused, whether it’s solving her client’s health issues, providing a space for her clients to take time out and slow down their pace of life, building connections between people in her local community or being the Wise Woman for her friends and family, the feminine archetype she most strongly connects with.
When she’s not helping her clients feel less stressed and feel a million times better, she can be found walking her dog, a fluffy Australian Labradoodle, out in the English countryside and conversing with nature.
