The doors to the world of the wild are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door. ― Clarissa Pinkola Estés, ‘Women Who Run With The Wolves’

Mother, Wild Woman, Truth Seeker, Moon Lover, Sacred Space Holder, Guide, Coach, Therapist, Circle and Ceremony Facilitator

I have a huge passion for reconnecting women to feminine wisdom, wholeness, wise woman ways and everyday sacredness. I love women’s circles because when women gather, magic happens!

In my work I encourage people to listen in, with compassion, loving kindness and warm curiosity. Having compassion towards ourselves makes such a difference and is very powerful. In circle having time to slow down, tune in, reflect and explore our own truth alongside other women, is needed now more than ever. Being seen, heard, acknowledged, understood, nourished and celebrated is so healing and helps connect us to our authentic selves. As a group when we have the opportunity to listen deeply, acknowledge our pains and complexities, feel supported and loved we create happier, more peaceful lives, homes and communities.

As long as I remember I’ve been curious about people, spirituality, how we communicate and a meaningful inner life. I have been working in the health and wellbeing field for 30 plus years. I have a Diploma of Integrative Psychology (Hakomi), Diploma of Physiotherapy, Diploma of Herbal Studies and Certificate in Life Coaching. I have a background of working as a MindBody Therapist, Wellbeing Coach and a Physiotherapist specialising in MindBody Medicine, Stress Management, Cranial-Sacral Therapy and Therapeutic Massage.

I also draw on my training/learning in Trauma Studies, Attachment Theory, Systems Theory, Internal Family Systems, Human Development, Expressive Arts, Dance, Reiki, Medicine Women, all sorts of therapy and my own challenges and life experiences.
