June Theme: Embody Ecstatic Expression

You want to feel aligned and in flow with what you are doing in the world. You want it to all work with ease and grace.

And yet, you get stuck trying to figure it out.

You get down on yourself, beating yourself up, stuck in your head, not quite getting the results that you want.

Something’s not working.

It’s not that you haven’t done enough trainings.

It’s not that you don’t have what it takes.

It’s simply that you are too much in your mind.

The secret is to learn how to embody the ecstatic.

“Ecstasy” – that magical state where we are so engaged in an experience, that all of our senses are heightened – even supercharged – to the point that we forget ourselves.

Feel these words:

Elated ???? Elevated ???? Enrapt ???? Entranced ???? Euphoric ???? Exhilarated ???? Giddy ???? Intoxicated ???? Rapturous ???? Rhapsodic

These words may feel dangerous. Out of control. Too much.

Women have been conditioned for centuries to keep themselves constrained and contained. That state of ecstasy is a disruption to the status quo.

How often do you feel full of joy?

When’s the last time you were in a state of euphoria?

Probably not very often.

Instead, you may feel stiff, tense, resistant, stuck, tight.

Does your body hurt?

Do you find yourself numbing out?

Feeling is the key to your liberation.

If you want to find the flow state, where:

✨ You are magnetic, and

✨ You manifest the opportunities, resources and support you need with the blink of an eye,

Then you need to learn how to access and embody the ecstatic.

Four times a year, we are hosting a 1-day virtual immersion for emerging and advanced circle leaders to rise up and increase their impact, income and influence in the world.

During this immersion, the day is split into 4 sessions to take you on a transformational journey:

???? Session 1 (10 – 11:30am PST): Identify Your Core Wounding and Find Freedom ????

We’ll kick off the day dismantling the ego, and mining the core of our wounding so we can let go of the past, surrender our fears of the future and live freely in the present moment.

We get to experience the co-creation of the divine masculine and feminine to come fully into our bodies for the day. Howard and his wife Ena will guide you through a powerful experience including Breath and Meridian tapping to open the body, guided meditation with Ena, deconstructing the inner wounding, and ending with sacred music to open our hearts to presence within. 

⚡️ Session 2 (12:30 – 2pm PST):  From Rupture to Rapture ⚡️

After identifying core wounding, we will dive deeper into the body where we are holding stuck patterns of tightness and tension. We will loosen up and release all that we are holding, ready to go into the ecstatic in the next session.

Mama Gena calls this cracking open “the rupture,” a necessary part of the process to get to your ecstatic joy, pleasure and rapture.

???? Session 3 (3 – 4:30pm PST): Sparkle Shamelessly & Embody the Ecstatic ????

Lainie Love Dalby will be weaving ecstatic embodied movement, shamanic healing art, & an alchemical activation to support you in merging your humanity & Divinity so you can fully express all aspects of Self and Sparkle SHAMELESSLY® in the world for the good of ALL! ???? Session 4 (5:30 – 7pm PST): Activating Pleasure and Wealth Codes ????

We’ll end the day in pleasure with sexologist Eva Clay, a wild and wise woman who unleashes erotic aliveness in women. After going so deep into what holds us back, releasing and surrendering into the ecstatic, we’ll move our bodies in a way that feels sensual and delicious. From this place, we’ll activate abundance and wealth codes from our divine birthright as goddesses ready to rise into our leadership in the world. 

FAQ:

What if I don’t lead circles? Can I still attend?

Absolutely. While our training is focused on supporting the growth and development of our circle facilitators, the activities and practices apply to any woman in business for herself.

This is also a great way to get a taste of our training if you are thinking about doing our Level 1 Certification program, How to Lead Circle that starts at the end of September.

We hope women who are thinking about leading circles in the future will join us!

I’m not in the US. What if I can’t make all the sessions? Can I still attend?

Many of our facilitators are based overseas and we understand that not everyone will be able to attend all sessions. For this reason, we will record and make available to all registered participants.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, absolutely! We have a special code that expires 5/26.

How do I participate? Is it video or audio?

We will meet on Zoom video conference and since this is an interactive experience focused on your leadership and visibility, we expect all participants to show their beautiful faces on video.

What if something comes up and I can’t make it … What’s your refund policy?

There are no refunds; however, if you have an emergency and cannot make it, you can transfer to another sister, or transfer to one of the upcoming trainings in 2021.

How will I receive the login details?

Once you register, you will receive an email explaining what to bring, how to login and other important details.

As a guest who has never been to a Sistership Circle event, will I feel lost?

We open our arms and hearts to all women, so we will do everything we can to make you feel like you belong. This is one reason we have an orientation on Friday to introduce you to our community agreements as well as have you meet other guests so you feel connected.
