1-Day Immersion Leadership Training

After training hundreds of women, we have found that the hardest part of stepping into leadership and growing a business is

Putting yourself out there. 

Do you find yourself shrinking back and hiding the truth of who you are?

We’ve been conditioned to play small and keep ourselves in line.

So the question is:

Are you ready to really own who you are and feel confident enough to showcase your work to the world?

Are you ready to blossom and become more visible in your leadership?

March Theme: Blossom into Beauty

When a woman blossoms into her full potential, she moves through four stages:

???? Seed – having an idea of who she wants to become and what she wants to do

???? Stem – taking in the nutrients around her to grow; the conditions have to be just right

???? Bud – keeping herself contained and protected while going through an inner transformation

???? Flower – unfurling her petals and attracting the bees to her nectar

This correlates to the “core four” of our leadership training here at Sistership Circle.

Four times a year, we will be hosting a 1-day virtual immersion for emerging and advanced circle leaders to rise up and increase their impact, income and influence in the world.

The root word of courage is “Cor” which is the foundation of your leadership.️

During this immersion, the day is split into 4 sessions to take you on a transformational journey:

???? Session 1: Release Work (the roots & seed) ????

During the first session, you will uncover the “seeds” that were implanted in your subconscious since you were a little girl that keep you from feeling confident and comfortable in your own skin.

You will unravel and let go of all the social conditioning you learned about being beautiful, sexy and shining bright.

Having the awareness of what’s holding you back and the tools to break through the dirt is essential to plant new seeds of empowerment, vision and desire.

???? Session 2: Sisterhood Connection (the stem) ????

During the second session, together we will create the right conditions – the safe and sacred container – for you to grow and blossom.

When your sisters are holding you, reflecting back your brilliance and beauty, you start to believe in yourself in a way that wasn’t possible before.

You will deepen into connection, co-creation and collaboration with other women leaders, so you feel supported and uplifted when you put yourself out there.

???? Session 3: Feminine Embodiment (the bud) ????

During the third session, you will accept and celebrate the inner beauty and have your outer landscape be a reflection of what’s inside.

We’ll activate Aphrodite within you, the goddess archetype of love, sensuality and beauty, so you feel alive, vibrant and sexy in your own skin.

You’ll walk away adorned in your “brand”, ready to showcase who you are to the world.

???? Session 4: Business Development (the flower) ????

During the fourth and final session, you will put it all together and into action, as we focus on making your work more visible with goal setting, your beauty tool kit to bring to the container you hold for clients, and implementation by enhancing (or creating!) your Instagram channel with a challenge to create a Story and Reel where you showcase your blossoming.

Here at Sistership Circle, we are all about the marriage of masculine and feminine, which means we hold you accountable to take action on your dreams and desires instead of just talking about it.

FAQ:

What if I don’t lead circles? Can I still attend?

Absolutely. While our training is focused on supporting the growth and development of our circle facilitators, the activities and practices apply to any woman in business for herself.

This is also a great way to get a taste of our training if you are thinking about doing our Level 1 Certification program, How to Lead Circle that starts at the end of March.

We hope women who are thinking about leading circles in the future will join us!

I’m not in the US. What if I can’t make all the sessions? Can I still attend?

Many of our facilitators are based overseas and we understand that not everyone will be able to attend all sessions. For this reason, we will record and make available to all registered participants.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, absolutely!

How do I participate? Is it video or audio?

We will meet on Zoom video conference and since this is an interactive experience focused on your leadership and visibility, we expect all participants to show their beautiful faces on video.

What if something comes up and I can’t make it … What’s your refund policy?

There are no refunds; however, if you have an emergency and cannot make it, you can transfer to another sister, or transfer to one of the upcoming trainings in 2021.

How will I receive the login details?

Once you register, you will receive an email explaining what to bring, how to login and other important details.

As a guest who has never been to a Sistership Circle event, will I feel lost?

We open our arms and hearts to all women, so we will do everything we can to make you feel like you belong. This is one reason we have an orientation on Friday to introduce you to our community agreements as well as have you meet other guests so you feel connected.
